Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to products purchased from Bianova (our sales market is Europe, and our products are solar table lamps). We offer a 14-day return policy.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have a right to change your mind and return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be unused, with all labels/tags intact, and in its original packaging.

- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs
The party responsible for the return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (if we cover the cost) or instructions on how and where to send your package (if you cover the cost).
3. Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@bianova.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We regret that we do not accept returns on:
- Customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Clerance items.
- Gift cards.

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- The refund process typically takes up to 10 business days after approval to process
- Please remember it can take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
