We proudly serve the European market. We offer shipping exclusively to countries within Europe. If you attempt to place an order from a location outside of Europe, you will be notified at checkout.

2. Shipping Fees

We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to all European countries we serve.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: Once your order is placed and payment is verified, our team requires 1-2 business days to process, prepare, and package your order for shipment.

Total Estimated Timeframe: Your order should arrive within 2 to 15 business days from the date of purchase (1-2 days processing + 1-13 days shipping).

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • You can use the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become fully updated in the carrier's system.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Since you are shipping within Europe, the following should apply, but you should confirm this based on your specific location and the customer's:

  • For shipments within the EU (European Union) and Northern Ireland: All applicable EU VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be charged additional duties or taxes upon delivery.
  • For shipments to non-EU European countries (e.g., Norway, Switzerland, UK): The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes levied by the destination country's government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or the free shipping offer. We advise checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and local delivery offices.
  • If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the maximum estimated delivery time (i.e., 20 business days from ordering), please contact us at support@bianova.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
